Character Bio:
Ted is a gym leader by profession, cat burglar by hobby. Despite his apparent kleptomania, Ted is actually a nice caring guy who only steals stuff for the challenge. After he has succeeded in a heist, he will always return the object to the rightful owner and declare that he has "Won" Most people in his town join in on the fun trying new ways to keep their items safe from his burglary everyone trying to out do him and claim that they had outsmarted Ted in his little game. This is all done with a light heart and most enjoy the challenge. This can perhaps be a nice way for the player to find this gym leader as a townsperson may ask for help in keeping their valuables safe from the cat burgler. Ted arrives and not only succeeds in stealing the object but also takes something of the trainers as well. After a night of rest, Ted will return the stolen items and upon being asked who he is and why he stole the stuff, he will explain that he is the Gym leader here and to always improve his skills, the town helps him by trying to keep their valuables from being taken.
